High Water Comics is the creation of the illustrator and graphic designer Sakari Tiikkaja. He runs his own design agency Radiant Graphics Ltd. in Hämeenlinna, Finland. High Water Comics has not published anything, nor won any prizes… At present it’s just a platform to collect anything comics related under one header.
